Idesia expansion

PA-Hankyu One Inc., the joint venture between Laguna-based developer P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corp. and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. of Japan, breaks ground for the 9.18-hectare residential communities of Idesia Dasmariñas Phase 2 and the 5.64-hectare Idesia Heights. Both are additions to the 11-hectare Phase 1 that was launched in 2017.  Leading the groundbreaking ceremony are (from second to left) P.A. Properties president Jonathan Lu, P.A. Properties chairman Romarico Alvarez, Dasmariñas City Rep. Elpidio Barzaga Jr.,  Hankyu Hanshin Properties vice president Yusuke Kusu and Hankyu Hanshin Properties director Yasuki Fukui.
