Makati Mayor Abby Binay gives the business community a preview of key projects that her administration plans to implement in the next few years to hasten the city’s digital transformation and recognition as a Smart City. Speaking at a luncheon meeting of the Rotary Club of Manila Thursday at the New World Hotel, the mayor also revealed initiatives aimed to improve ease of doing business in the city and promote transparency.
