Women farmers and peasant support groups stage a protest rally at the Department of Agrarian Reform headquarters in Quezon City on the 31st anniversary of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Project signed into law by then President Corazon Aquino in 1988. Thirty one years after, farmers still do not own the land they till as loopholes on the CARP Law have seen farm lands lost to conversions and land reclassification.
