Topnotcher's reward

Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi recognizes 2018 Bar Examinations topnotcher lawyer Sean James Borja, a resident of the city’s Barangay Cupang, during the city’s flag raising rites on Monday. Through the Muntinlupa Scholarship Program, Borja is set to receive a P100,000 cash incentive from the city. A gay rights advocate, Borja also expressed his support in passing a localized anti-discrimination ordinance. The city government also recognized lawyer Patricia Sevilla, who was Top 7 in the 2018 Bar Examinations, and other local bar passers for their achievement.
