Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco (center) was installed as the third president of the Rizal Technological University in Mandaluyong City last Monday, April 8. The investiture ceremony was held at RTU-TED Penthouse building on Boni Avenue. She is joined by the members of RTU Board of Regents and the University Academic and Administrative Council.
