The Caloocan City Veterinary Office starts Tuesday giving free vaccines for pets in celebration of March as the National Rabies Awareness Month in the Philippines. Supporting the government initiative, many local government units are doing free rabies vaccination drives and alert the human population on the dangers and risks of rabies. Andrew Rabulan
