Former Laguna governor Emilio Ramon ‘ER’ P. Ejercito, Partido Federal ng Pilipinas chairman for Calabarzon (right) and PFP Secretary General Tom Lantion (left) endorse gubernatorial bet Reynaldo Tamayo Jr (center) during the Federalism Summit and mass oathtaking of new PFP members last Jan. 26 at the Tupi municipal gym in South Cotabato.
