Christmas message

Philippine Constitution Association president and Lakas-CMD Party president Martin Romualdez delivers his Christmas message during the Christmas Fellowship of the Philippine Constitution Association Tuesday night at the Manila Golf and Country Club in Makati City. Romualdez thanked the officiers and members of the Philconsa for their continuous support and sacrifices to make the Philconsa the catalyst of governance.
