Looking on is Allan Balladares, co-skipper and Asia’s top match racer. The Standard Insurance-Philippine Sailing Association Team, skippered by Emerson Villena, also won the Asian Sailing Federation Far East 28R class by topping all of the races. Both Standard Insurance sailing teams are back-to-back winners in Asia’s top regatta, with more than 200 yachts competing. The championships were dedicated to Philippine Sailing’s Secretary General Donnie Altura, who recently passed away.
