PLDT quiz champion

PLDT Inc. holds the PLDT Home Fibr Broadband Quiz Grand Finals, the culminating event of the company’s long-running flagship digital literacy program, the PLDT Infoteach Outreach Program.  Mathematics teacher Rose Ann Prias from Ormoc, Leyte (center) is declared the grand champion.
