Civil Service Commission chairperson Alicia dela Rosa-Bala leads the RACE Fun Run in celebration of the 118th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, with the theme ‘Lingkod Bayani: Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makabayan’ at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila on Sunday.
