Romping in the rain

Manila children get soaked by sea water as they play Monday against giant waves crashing on the seawall in Baseco, Tondo. Tropical Depression ‘Henry’ has triggered rain showers in some areas in Luzon, the country’s major island, including Metro Manila. Classes in some areas in Luzon have also been suspended due to the heavy rains.
