Noise barrage

Mentors under the Manila Public School Teachers Association hold Friday a lunch break noise barrage protest in front of the Ramon Magsaysay High School along España Avenue in Manila. The group is calling for the incorporation of the P30,000 entry-level salary rate for teachers in the 2019 budget.
