Rally for affordable rice

Days before President Rodrigo Duterte's first year in office, farmers and consumer advocates from Bantay Bigas, an alliance monitoring rice prices, said the government fell short in its mandate and responsibility to ensure affordable and safe rice for consumers during the press conference held in Quezon City.
