Courtesy call

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte meets with officers of the Philippine Chinese Charitable Association Inc.  Board of Directors led by its Chairman Emeritus and President James Dy during  a courtesy call at the MalacaÒan Palace on April 26. Other PCCAI officers in attendance include Florante Dy, chairman emeritus and  Benito Goyokpin, chairman.
