Winning chorale

Members of the Los Cantantes de Manila chorale deliver their winning performance as they bagged the grand prize in the 3rd Las Piñas Chorale Festival, a competition organized by the Villar SIPAG Foundation at the St. Ezekiel Moreno parish church in Las Piñas City. The event honors the birth of the city’s patron saint and namesake of the church, who was Las Piñas’ parish priest in 1876, was beatified by Pope Paul VI in 1975, and was canonized by Pope John Paul II in 1992 after dying of cancer on Aug. 9, 1906.
