Megaworld Corp., the biggest lessor of office spaces, aims to generate P5.2 billion in sales from a soon-to-be-launched residential project within the San Lazaro Tourism and Business Park in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
Megaworld said in a statement sent over the weekend the 34-story Kingsquare Residence would offer 961 units ranging from studio (up to 31 square meters), one-bedroom (up to 46 sq. m.), and two-bedroom (up to 61 sq.m.), all with their own balconies.
Units may also be combined to form into three to four bedrooms for big families.
“This new residential development is perfect for students, teachers, doctors and other professionals, including families who have kids studying within the area. It is very close to schools and universities, hospitals, and soon, a mall that will have a direct connection for residents,” Megaworld Manila first vice president for sales and marketing Wilson Sy said.
Kingsquare Residence is close to some popular educational institutions, such as University of Sto. Tomas, University of the East, Far Eastern University, San Beda University, Mapua Institute of Technology and Centro Escolar University.
It is also near some of Chinese schools, such as Chiang Kai Shek College, Hope Christian School, St. Stephen High School and Philippine Cultural High School.
Also within the area are some medical and health facilities. It close to major transport hubs, such as the LRT 1 Tayuman and Blumentritt stations and the Philippine National Railways Blumentritt station.
It is close to the España Interchange that is connected to the South Luzon Expressway and the North Luzon Expressway.
“Everything is just within easy reach, whether you want to go north or south. It is also walkable to downtown Manila via Rizal Avenue (Radial Road 9), and Lacson Avenue (Circumferential Road 2),” added Sy.
The residential tower features amenities at the fifth level that include both adult and kiddie pools with a pool deck, children’s playground, function hall, fitness center and study room with WiFi facilities.
The tower is scheduled for completion by 2024.
