RE/MAX Tamaraw, a franchise of the world’s leading real estate brokerage firm RE/MAX, opened an office in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro on Oct. 14, 2019 to take advantage of the strong economic growth in Mindoro Island.
“We believe in the growth potential of Mindoro especially as it has a very strategic nautical highway linking Luzon to the Visayas and Mindanao. Many investors wish to invest in real estate properties in our province but many do not know who to contact and who to trust,” said RE/MAX Tamaraw chairman Jolly Ting.
RE/MAX, which is short for Real Estate Maximums, provides real estate brokers and associates maximum support, maximum compensation and maximum results.
“RE/MAX is known worldwide for its outstanding level of service and expertise in the real estate industry, and we want to be able to service our customers with the same level of service, trust and competence,” Ting said, reflecting the mission statement of RE/MAX Tamaraw.
Ting acquired the RE/MAX Tamaraw franchise for Calapan, bringing more than 46 years of global experience in recruitment and training of real estate agents to Mindoro.
Top corporate executives and government officials in Mindoro attended the blessing and inauguration ceremonies.
Aside from Ting, they included RE/MAX Tamaraw licensed real estate brokers Atty. Maria Joy Ting and Ma. Cecilia Jimenez; RE/MAX Philippines business development consultants Earl Ebriega and Miguel Naval; RE/MAX Philippines country manager Kenneth Stern; RE/MAX Tamaraw assistant general manager Jecille Anne Jimenez; Calapan City Vice Mayor Gil Ramirez; RE/MAX Tamaraw general manager Atty. Edmund Dante Janda; RE/MAX Tamaraw directors Melody Lancaster and Ortrud Yao; Fr. Jun Bacit who officiated the blessing rites; and RE/MAX Tamaraw admin officer Sheila Cantos.
The business model came from Dioscoro “Jun” Garing, according to Ting.
“He is a seasoned and veteran sales trainor with over 35 years of sales training experience, Ting said.
