Avida Land, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. that caters to the affordable segment of the market, has launched a twin-tower residential tower in Bonifacio Global City, which could potentially generate as much as P7 billion in sales.

Avida Land senior division manager Herbert Herrero said in a press briefing Tuesday the project called Avida Towers Turf BGC would offer over 1,000 residential units targeting end-users and urban dwellers, as well as migrant Filipino workers looking for second or vacation homes.

Each tower will offer 537 units across 30 residential floors, plus six levels of podium parking.

Units range from 37 square meters to 58 square meters in size selling between P5.2 and P10 million each.

errero said Avida Towers Turf BGC was within the integrated mixed-use developments of Avida in the area, created with a live-work-play philosophy, catering to urban dwellers looking to be near their places of work, business, education and a home for foreign and local investors.

Avida Towers Turf BGC introduces a smartly configured, space efficient schematic at 56 square meters a three-bedroom unit. The offering provides the market with an option for a three-bedroom home in the premium district of BGC.

The project also offers only 18 units per floor to further increase residents’ privacy.

Amenities include adult and kiddie swimming pool, a stand-alone clubhouse, children’s play area, garden area, a view deck and an indoor gym. It is also bounded by streets on all sides.

“This means residents will see a wider distance from adjacent properties because of building setbacks. The larger spaces result in better airflow and ventilation,” said Herrero. “Being centrally located in the active North, Avida Towers Turf BGC brings nearly everything within reach in BGC.”

Retail and commercial establishments will be located on the ground floor that will interconnect with other residential and office developments.

Alongh with the adjacent open spaces, parks, arcades and walkways near the project, Avida Towers Turf BGC will provide residents a district retail experience.

The first tower will be completed and turned over in March 2020.

Herrero said the twin-tower residential development could be Avida’s final project in the BGC, given few remaining parcels of land bank designed for  other residential units of other brands owned by Ayala Land.
