Don't listen to what they say, Go and See (Part 2)

Go. Fly. Roam. Travel. Voyage. Explore. Journey. Discover.

Exactly, Adventure. Exploring the world is on the top of my bucket list. I've mentioned it in the first part of "Don’t listen to what they say, Go and See." And this time, I want to travel farther to visit those destinations in Asia and beyond.

Here are my top pick destinations in the world that may prove that there's always joy in discovering.

First, I want to visit one of the world's most important global cities. The city that has been termed as the world's most desirable, most powerful, most expensive, most innovative, most popular for work, and most visited city in the world—London.  London has also topped as the world's best destination for 2019. Exciting!

London Eye from below
On my trip in London, I want to visit the Windsor Castle, Tower of London, Sea Life London (to see those underwater creatures in the aquarium), The Coca-cola London Eye and of course, I will never forget the Buckingham Palace tour experience to explore the lavish interiors of the Queen's official London residence. Also, I don't want to miss out to visit the London Underground, the oldest underground railway network in the world.

Paris, France is the second in my world's destination bucket list. Since Paris is especially known for its museums and architectural landmarks. I want to go to the most visited museum in the world year 2018, the Louvre.

Besides, I would absolutely love to see the amazing Eiffel Tower. I want to witness its beauty with my own eyes, not just in photographs. Aside from the 19th-century Eiffel Tower, I also want to visit the famous Parisian landmarks—the 12th-century cathedral Notre Dame de Parus and the Napoleonic Arc de Triomphe. In addition, I'm also interested to discover the lifestyle and culture in Paris. Their cuisines, houses, songs, and clothes too. So, see you in Paris!

Third on my list is the capital of the ancient Empire, the capital of Catholicism in the western world, known for their Colosseum, Palatine Hill Park, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza, Navona and a lot of cool churches. Yes, I want to be in Rome, Italy.

Rome has its status as a "global city." The famous Vatican Museums are among the world's most visited museums. Rome is also renowned in its fashion and design with international brands centered in the city. And on my trip in Rome, I'm going to visit the country's top sights, citing the Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica, Museo E Galleria Borghese, Capitoline Museums, Roman Forum, Palatino, Colosseum and of course,, the Pantheon.

Let's head together to the world's destination mix of haunting ruins, awe-inspiring art, and vibrant street life. Feel the adventure at the historical powerhouse of Rome, Italy.

On my out of the country trip, I also included Greece's largest island, Crete. It is also known as the fifth largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. Crete termed as "priceless gift of culture and history," so I want to visit Greece' most significant attractions. The country's famous archaeological sites such as the Minoan places of Knossos, Phaistos, Malia, and Kato Zakros.

Also, those important monasteries where some of theme were built in the late 15th century, we have Preveli monastery in Southern Rethymno, the monasteries in southern Heraklion and the historic Arkadi and Toplous monasteries. Apart from that, Crete also is an ideal destination for all kinds of sports and activities in nature which is a perfect spot for me as a thrill-seeker, a hiker, and a nature lover. So, I hope Crete will be also included on your bucket list.

Let's meet to the magical tapestry of splendid beaches, ancient treasures, and landscapes. Let's embrace their vibrant cities and dreamy villages. Let's witness their locals, their traditions, their cuisine, and their generous spirit. Let's meet at Crete, Greece—a charismatic harbor in the glittering Mediterranean.

The last but not the least destination that I dream to visit is Bali, Indonesia. Bali is the most popular island holiday destination in Indonesia, an island known for its ancient culture and warm hospitality. Some of its top tourist attractions are their unique temples and palaces that set against its stunning natural backdrops.

Apart from that, Bali, Indonesia is renowned for its highly-developed arts, including traditional and modern dance, sculpture, painting, leather, metalworking and music. Also, since Bali island has a great collection of beaches and inland destinations, I want to visit the popular beaches of Jimabaran and Nusa Dua during my trip. To witness the legendary areas of Kuta, Legian and Ubud is also my dream. But I will make sure that I can venture out further to Bali's southern peninsula to discover more scenic and hidden beaches. A worth it adventure for me. I included Bali, Indonesia on my bucket list because the country itself evokes the thoughts of a paradise. A paradise that makes you realized that Bali is more than a place.

That's it! My top five dream destinations also ranked as the top five world's best destinations for 2019 travel. Coincidence? Whatever it is. More than that, I will never stop exploring the world. I believe as a dream traveler that in order to understand what's going on in the world, you need to see the world. That's why I don’t want to settle only to my local dream travel destinations, I'll make sure that I will see all other places in Asia and beyond. I will make sure I can witness those millions of breathtaking destinations on our planet. I will make sure that I will not only listen to what they say, but I will also go and see.
